Product Overview
AD230-9 TO is a circular active area APD chip with NIR enhanced sensitivity. Metal can type hermetic TO52 package with clear glass window. Applications include laser range finder, high speed photometry, high speed optical communications, medical equipment and LIDAR.

- Slow multiplication curve
- QE <gt/> 80% at 750nm-910nm
- Fast risetime, low noise
- Optimum gain: 50-60
- 0.5nA typical dark current (M = 100)
- 200V maximum breakdown voltage at IR = 2µA (±2V measuring tolerance on upper and lower limits)
- 0.6GHz typical -3dB cut-off frequency
- 0.5ns typical rise time (M = 100, λ = 905nm, RL = 50 ohm)
- 58A/W typical responsivity (M = 100, λ = 905nm)
