  • Random ID support (7 Byte UID version)
  • Operating distance up to 100mmdepending on antenna geometry and reader configuration
  • Data transfer of 106Kbit/s and anticollision
  • 7 Byte UID or 4byte NUID and 1KB, organized in 16 sectors of 4 blocks (1 block consists of 16 byte)
  • Data retention time of 10 years and write endurance 200000 cycles
  • User definable access conditions for each memory block
