SUL967840

SUL967840 is a SUL9-SUM9 series single phase power solid state contactor. It is designed in conformity with IEC/ EN60947-4-3; IEC 60335-1/ VDE0700-1 ; cURus. The application includes (AC-1 / LC A) heating elements.

• 22.5mm solid state contactor for space-saving design, ready to use with its heatsink
• Zero cross solid state contactor especially designed for resistive loads (AC-51)
• 24 to 600VAC with thyristor size of 75A, max load current of 50A (limited by internal connexions)
• Overvoltage protection at the output by self turn ON of the thyristors (TVS diodes on gates)
• Control voltage range from 80 to 140VAC/DC, 2 point pluggable control connector
• Yellow LED visualization on the i/p, screw terminal (power), low profile housing, PA 6UL94VO housing
• IP20 rating, TVS on gate output protection type, 75A thyristor rating, AC type of relay
• 29A AC-1 max switching current (40°C), 1000Mohm typ insulation resistance (25°C, 500VDC)
• DIN rail type of mounting, AC on/off Zero-Cross function
• Ambient temperature range from -40 to 100°C
