VIA0250DD is a high thermal stability isolation amplifier. It is a high performance differential output isolated amplifier ideally suited for shunt based current sensing. The device is based on proprietary capacitive isolation technology and has a linear differential input signal range of ±250mV. It is suitable for isolated current measurement in motor control applications, power supplies, charging stations, EV powertrain.

- Inbuilt common-mode overvoltage detection
- 5KV isolation rating, -250 to +250mV linear input range
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- SOP-8 package
- Input offset voltage is ±0.01mV typ at INP = INN = GND
- Common-mode rejection ratio is -106dB typ at INP = INN, fIN = 0Hz, VCM min. ≤ VIN ≤ VCM max
- Output noise is 195μVRMS typ at INP = INN = GND1, BW = 100kHz
- Power supply rejection ratio is -104dB typ at PSRR vs. VDD1, at DC
