The 2961-2 is a 2m beige booted CAT-5e UTP Patch Cable with a RJ45 plug on each end. This 24AWG cable is developed from the earlier Cat.5 system. Fully backward compatible it was designed to provide gigabit capability across a copper cabling infrastructure and remains the most widely used type of network cable. The RJ45 plug comes with 50μ gold connectors. This cable is suitable for all current data, voice and ISDN patching.
