BIM-IKT-AP6X-H1141 W/KLI3 is a magnetic field sensor. It is activated by magnetic fields and is especially suited for piston position detection in pneumatic cylinders. Based on the fact that magnetic fields can permeate non-magnetizable metals, it is possible to detect a permanent magnet attached to the piston through the aluminium wall of the cylinder.
- ≤ 10m/s pass speed, ≤ ±0.1mm repeatability
- ≤ 0.1mm temperature drift, ≤ 1mm hysteresis
- 10VDC to 30VDC operating voltage, ≤ 200mA DC rated operational current
- 15mA no-load current, ≤ 0.1mA residual current
- ≤ 0.5kV isolation test voltage, 3-wire, NO contact, PNP output function
- 1KHz switching frequency, rectangular, IKT design
- Dimension is 30 x 14.6 x 28mm (lxdxh), metal, GD-Zn housing material
- Connector, M12 × 1 (electrical connection), IP67 protection class
- 55Hz (1mm) vibration resistance, 30g (11ms) shock resistance
- Operating temperature range from -25°C +70°C
