Produktoversigt
TAP3500 single-ended active FET probes provide excellent high-speed electrical and mechanical performance required for today's digital system designs. It features outstanding electrical performance, high probe bandwidth, fast probe rise time, excellent signal fidelity and versatile mechanical performance. Small compact probe head for probing small geometry circuit elements. DUT attachment accessories enable connection to SMDs as small as 0.5mm pitch. It features robust design for reliability. Easy access to oscilloscope probe menu display for probe status/diagnostic information and to control probe DC offset. Applications include verification, debug, and characterization of high-speed designs, signal integrity, jitter and timing analysis, manufacturing engineering and test, signals with voltage swings up to 8Vp-p.
- Input capacitance is <=0.8pF, 40Kohm input resistance
- Input dynamic range is -4V to +4V, input offset range is -10V to +10VDC
- Maximum input voltage (non-destructive) is ±30V (DC + peak AC)
- Attenuation is 10X, rise time is <130ps, bandwidth is >=3.5GHz
- Probe head size is 57.1mm length x 0.76.2mm width x 0.76.2mm height
- Cable length is 525.4mm
- Operating temperature is 0°C to +50°C, remote GPIB/USB probe control through the oscilloscope
- Safety compliance are EN 55011, Class A
- Easy to use, connects directly to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface
- Provides automatic units scaling and readout on the oscilloscope display
