TSX3702IPT is a micropower dual CMOS voltage comparator. This comparator exhibits a very low current consumption of 5µA. It is designed to show a lower current consumption, better input offset voltage and an enhanced ESD tolerance. This voltage comparator are widely used in automotive and industrial applications.
- Wide single supply range is 2.7V to 16V or dual supplies is (±1.35V to ±8V)
- Extremely low input bias current is 1pA typ
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- Push-pull output
- Fast response time is 2.7 µs typ for 5mV overdrive
- ESD tolerance is 4kV HBM, 200V MM
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 16V
