The TS372CDT is a low power dual CMOS Precision Voltage Comparator designed to operate with single or dual supplies. This differential comparator uses the silicon linMOS process giving them an excellent consumption-speed ratio. This device is ideally suited for low consumption applications.
- Very low supply current - 0.1mA per comparator independent of supply voltage
- Low input offset voltage
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- 150mV Low output saturation voltage
- Output compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS
- 10¹²Ω High input impedance
- Fast response time - 200ns for TTL level input step
