STM32F746ZGT6 is an ARM-based 32bit microcontroller. It is based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 32bit RISC core operating at up to 216MHz frequency. The Cortex®-M7 core features a single floating point unit (SFPU) precision which supports all ARM® single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. The STM32F746 microcontroller incorporates high-speed embedded memories, 1024bytes of OTP memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, 32bit multi AHB bus matrix, and multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memories access. Applications include motor drive and application control, medical equipment, industrial applications: PLC, inverters, circuit breakers, printers, scanners, alarm systems, video intercom, and HVAC, home audio appliances, mobile applications, internet of things, wearable devices: smartwatches.
