The LM393DT is a low power Dual Voltage Comparator designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. It also has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
- Very low supply current (0.45mA) independent of supply voltage (1mW/comparator at +5V)
- 20nA Typical low input bias current
- ±3nA Typical low input offset current
- ±1mV Typical low input offset voltage
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- 80mV Typical (I sink=4mA) low output saturation voltage
- Differential input voltage range equal to supply voltage
