LM2903HYDT is a low-power dual voltage comparator. It is designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. This comparator also have a unique characteristic in which input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
- Wide single supply voltage range is 2V to 36V or dual supply voltage range is ±1V to ±18V
- Very low supply current is 0.4mA (independent of supply voltage)
- Low input bias current is 25nA typ, supply voltage range is 2V to 36V
- Low input offset current is ±5nA typ
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- Low output saturation voltage is 250mV typ. (IO = 4 mA)
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C
- Case style is SO8(automotive grade)
