E-TDA7375AV is a 2 x 37W dual/quad power amplifier for car radio. It has class AB car radio amplifier which works either in dual bridge or quad single ended configuration. This amplifier has fully complementary structure for the output stage and the internally fixed gain and guarantee the highest possible power performances with extremely reduced component count. The on-board clip detector simplifies gain compression operation. The fault diagnostics makes it possible to detect mistakes during car radio set assembly and wiring in the car.
- Supply voltage range is 8V to 18V
- No bootstrap capacitors, no boucherot cells
- Standby function (CMOS compatible), case style is multiwat15
- Diagnostics facility for clipping, out to GND short
- Thermal shutdown proximity, soft short at turn-on
- Output AC/DC short circuit is to GND, to VS and across the load
- Overrating chip temperature with soft thermal limiter
- Load dump voltage surge, very inductive loads
- Fortuitous open GND, reversed battery
- Storage and junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C
