BU7442NUX is a input ground sense, output full swing CMOS operational amplifier. It has an expanded operating temperature range. This device features of low operating supply voltage, low supply current and low input bias current. It is suitable for portable equipment and sensor amplifiers. It is widely used in application such as sensor amplifier, portable equipment, consumer equipment etc.
