ENW89858A1KF is a PAN1782 Bluetooth® low energy module with antenna access port protection APPROTECT HW empty flash based on the Nordic nRF52833 single chip controller. The product portfolio covers all of today’s latest communication protocols with ready-to-use modules for Bluetooth® low energy and classic. Panasonic offers Bluetooth® low energy in combination with all important short range RF technologies: Wi-Fi® (2.4GHz and 5GHz), IEEE® 802.15.4 and NFC-A. Typical applications are industrial IoT, smart home/building, beacons, medical devices.
- Nordic nRF52833 featuring ARM® Cortex®-M4 running with 64MHz
- Bluetooth 5.1 LE including LE 2M and LE coded PHY, embedded 512KB flash memory, 128KB internal RAM
- 128bit AES/ECB/CCM/AAR co-processor, USB 2.0 full-speed device interface
- Built-in temperature sensor, channel selection algorithm #2
- Angle of arrival (AOA) and angle of departure (AOD) direction finding
- Typical current consumption: 4.9mA in Tx (at 0 dBm) and 4.7mA in Rx mode
- Voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- On-module DC-DC and LDO regulators with automated low current modes
- GPIO, UART, QSPI, I2C, I2S, ADC, PDM, PWM, COMP, USB2.0 interfaces
