AXM0F243-1-TX40 is an ultra-low power RF microcontroller for RF carrier frequencies in the range 27 to 1050MHz. It features system on chip (SoC) ultra low power advanced narrow band RF microcontroller for wireless communication applications. Application includes 27MHz to 1050MHz licensed and unlicensed radio systems, Internet of Things, automatic meter reading (AMR), security applications, building automation, wireless networks, messaging paging, compatible with: Wireless M−Bus, POCSAG, FLEX, KNX, Sigfox, Z−Wave, enocean, regulatory regimes EN 300 220 V2.3.1 including the narrow band 12.5KHz, 20KHz and 25KHz Definitions, EN 300 422, FCC Part 15.247, FCC Part 15.249, FCC Part 90 6.25KHz, 12.5KHz and 25KHz.

• Two independent run time reconfigurable SCBs with reconfigurable IC, SPI, or UART functionality
• Five 16bit TCPWM blocks, of which three PWMs can be connected to GPIO Pins
• Centre−aligned, edge, and pseudo−random modes
• Drive modes, strengths, and slew rates are programmable
• QFN40 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
