The LM339DR2G is a single-supply quad Comparator designed for use in level detection, low-level sensing and memory applications. The device offers 25nA typical low input bias current, ±5nA typical low input offset current and 3 to 36V single supply operation.
- Low input offset voltage
- Input common mode voltage range to GND
- TTL and CMOS compatible
- ESD clamps on the inputs increase reliability without affecting device operation
