MC33910BAC is a 33910 SMARTMOS Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) controlled System Basis Chip (SBC) with high-side drivers. It is combining many frequently used functions in an MCU based system, plus a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver. The device provides full SPI readable diagnostics and a selectable timing watchdog for detecting errant operation. The LIN protocol specification 2.0 and 2.1 compliant LIN transceiver has waveshaping circuitry which can be disabled for higher data rates. Typical applications include Window lift, mirror switch, door lock, sunroof and light control.
- Full-duplex SPI interface at frequencies up to 4MHz
- LIN transceiver capable of up to 100Kbps with wave shaping
- Two 50mA/60mA high-side switches
- One high voltage analogue/logic Input
- Configurable window watchdog
- 5V low drop regulator with fault detection and low voltage reset (LVR) circuitry
- Switched/protected 5V output (used for hall sensors)
- Nominal operating voltage range from 5.5 to 18V
- 32 pin LQFP package
- Temperature range from - 40°C to 125°C
