PESD3V3U1UT,215 is a PESDxU1UT series ultra-low capacitance Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a SOT23 (TO-236AB) small SMD plastic package designed to protect one high-speed data line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Applications include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, local area network (LAN) equipment, firewire, computers and peripherals, communication systems, and high-speed data lines.
- Unidirectional ESD protection of one line, low clamping voltage
- Diode capacitance is 0.6pF typ (f = 1MHz; VR =0V), peak pulse current is 5A (8/20µs) max
- Reverse stand-off voltage is 3.3V max, peak pulse power is 80W max (8/20µs)
- Electrostatic discharge voltage is 30kV max (IEC 61000-4-2 (contact discharge))
- Reverse stand-off voltage is 3.3V max (Tamb = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 0.25µA typ (VRWM = 3.3V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Breakdown voltage range from 5.8 to 6.9V (IR = 5mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- Clamping voltage is 9V max (IPP = 1A, Tamb = 25°C)
- Differential resistance is 400 ohm max (IR = 1mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- 3 leads SOT23 package, ambient temperature range from -65 to +150°C
