PESD18VF1BLYL is an ultra-low capacitance bidirectional Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a DFN1006-2 (SOD882) leadless ultra-small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
- Diode capacitance is 0.35pF typ (f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Reverse standoff voltage is 18V max (Tamb = 25°C)
- Very small voltage dependency of the capacitance
- ESD protection up to ±10kV according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4
- Rated peak pulse current is 1A max (tp = 8/20µs; IEC 61000-4-5; IEC 61643-321)
- Breakdown voltage range from 19 to 24V (IR = 10mA; Tamb = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 1nA typ (VR = 18V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Diode capacitance range from 0.28 to 0.5pF (f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Clamping voltage is 17V max (IPP = 1A; tp = 8/20µs; IEC 61000-4-5; IEC 61643-321; Tamb = 25°C)
