MCP6V66UT-E/LTY is a single, zero-drift operational amplifier which provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. This is unity-gain stable, has virtually no 1/f noise and have good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Typical applications include portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, medical instrumentation.
- Input offset voltage drift with temperature (Linear Temp. Co.) is -150 min (TA = -40 to +125°C)
- Input offset voltage is -25µV min (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 110dB min (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 128dB typ (VDD = 1.8V, VCM = -0.2V to 2.1V, TA = +25°C)
- Input noise voltage is 0.17µVP-P typ (f = 0.01 to 1Hz, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 80V typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Rail-to-rail input/output, unity gain stable
- Gain bandwidth product is 1MHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Slew rate is 0.45V/µs typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- 5 pin SC-70 package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
