LMC7101AYM5-TR is a high-performance, low-power operational amplifier that is pin-for-pin compatible with the National Semiconductor LMC7101. Application includes mobile communications, cellular phones, pagers, battery-powered instrumentation, PCMCIA, USB, portable computers and PDAs.
- Gain bandwidth product is 0.5MHz typ (V+ = +2.7V, V– = 0V, VCM = VOUT = V+/2, TJ = +25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.01% typ (f = 10KHz, AV= –2, RL = 2, RL=2Kohm, VOUT = 4.0VPP, TJ=25°C)
- Supply current is 0.5mA typ (V+ = +2.7V, V– = 0V, VCM = VOUT = V+/2, TJ = +25°C)
