ATMEGA16-16AUR is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATmega16 achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
- High-performance, Low-power Atmel® AVR® 8-bit microcontroller
- 16MHz speed, 4.5V to 5.5V power supply voltage
- 131 powerful instructions – most single-clock cycle execution
- Up to 16 MIPS throughput at 16MHz, on-chip 2-cycle multiplier
- 16 Kbytes of in-system self-programmable flash program memory
- Write/erase cycles: 10,000 flash/100,000 EEPROM
- Data retention: 20 years at 85°C/100 years at 25°C
- Programming lock for software security, extensive on-chip debug support
- Byte-oriented two-wire serial interface, programmable serial USART
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 44-lead TQFP package
