The MAX9063EBS+TG45 is an ultra-small, nanoPower single comparator in 4 pin UCSP package. It is ideal for a wide variety of portable electronics applications such as cell phones, electronic toys, portable medical services, media players and notebooks that have extremely tight board space and power constraints. This comparator features an input voltage range of -0.3V to +5.5V independent of supply voltage and it maintains high impedance at the inputs even when powered down (VCC or VREF = 0V). It also features internal filtering to provide high RF immunity. This is a single comparator with an internal 0.2V reference and features either a push-pull or an open-drain output. The device consumes only 700nA (max) supply current. The MAX9063 operates down to VCC = 1V over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Equivalent to two 0402 resistor's footprint
- Propagation delay of 15μs at overdrive = ±100mV, fall time is 14ns at CL = 10pF
- Power supply rejection ratio is 53dB at VCC = 1V to 5.5V
- Power-up time (tON) is 3ms
- Output leakage current is less than 0.1nA at OUT = high, VPULLUP = 5.5V
- 0.06nA input bias current (VIN=0.2V to 5.5V), <lt/> 0.1nA input leakage current (VCC=0V, VIN=5.5V)
- 0.4µA (VCC = 1V), 0.6µA (VCC = 5.5V) supply current
