E5383B is a single-ended flying leads with 40-pin cable connector. E5383B flying lead set is the tool to use when probing points are dispersed on your target or a probing point was not designed in. This probe can be connected to designed-in connectors or used with the included IC test clip to attach to components and other board features. This probe that can be used with any Keysight logic analyser with a 40-pin cable connector.
- 17 channels: 16 single-ended data, 1 single-ended clock
- 1.5 pF equivalent load capacitance
- Equivalent to the logic analyser data rate the probe is attached to
- Measure signals with as little as 600mV p-p signal amplitude
- Acquire signals from randomly located points in your target
- Can be connected to designed-in connectors or used with the included IC test clip
