B2911B precision source/measure unit is a compact and cost-effective bench-top Source/Measure Unit (SMU) with the capability to source and measure both voltage and current. It is ideal for a wide variety of IV (current versus voltage) measurement tasks that require both high resolution and accuracy.

• Integrated 4-quadrant sourcing and measuring capabilities
• Measurement range: ±210V, ±3A (DC), ±10.5A (pulsed)
