EVALISSI20R02HTSTOBO1 is an Infineon's coreless-transformer advanced solid-state isolator evaluation board for iSSI20R02HTS. EVAL-iSSI20R02HTS is intended for evaluating the product features of Infineon’s SSI solid-state isolator (iSSI20R02H) in an application circuit. Evaluation board contains the iSSI20R02H and two OptiMOS™ ISC035N10NM5LF MOSFETs in an AC switch configuration. Typical applications include Battery management systems (BMS, industrial automation, power conversion, power transmission and distribution, smart buildings.
