BTS3134DATMA1 is a smart low-side power switch. It is an N-channel vertical power FET in smart SIPMOS technology. It is fully protected by embedded protection functions. It is used in all kinds of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in switching or linear applications, μC compatible power switch for 12VDC applications, and replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
- Logic level input, input protection (ESD), thermal shutdown
- Overload protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection
- Current limitation, analogue driving possible
- Drain source clamp voltage is 55V maximum at (Tj = - 40 to +150°C, ID = 10mA)
- Off-state drain current is 1.5μA typical at (Tj = -40 to +150°C, VDS = 32V, VIN = 0V)
- On state input current is 10μA typical at (Tj = 25°C)
- On-state resistance is 45Mohm typical at (VIN = 5V, ID = 3A, Tj = 25°C)
- Nominal load current is 3.5A minimum at (Tj <lt/> 150°C, VIN = 10V, TA = 85°C)
- Current limit is 24A typical at (VIN = 10V, VDS = 12V, tm = 200μs)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, TO252-3 package
