CTSN634/12

The CTSN634/12 is a 12 Pole nylon terminal strip designed for secure electrical connections in panel assemblies and industrial control systems. It is manufactured from glass-filled nylon (PA66) with a UL94-V2 self-extinguishing rating, ensuring durability and flame resistance. The strip features nickel-plated brass contacts and screw-type clamping for reliable conductivity and ease of installation. It accommodates wire sizes up to 10AWG (approximately 6mm²) and supports a current rating of up to 57A under UL standards and 50A under VDE standards, with a voltage rating of 600V and up to 750V AC in certain specifications. The operating temperature range is -5°C to +160°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The terminal strip measures approximately 140mm in length, 23mm in width, and 20mm in height. Additional features include captive terminal screws, optional middle barriers, and compliance with RoHS and the 960 °C glow-wire test (EN 60695-2-11). This product is ideal for applications requiring robust, modular, and safe electrical connections.
