Product Overview
The HLMP-3680 is a 5mm 5V integrated resistor Green LED Lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 5Volt source without an external current limiter. This lamp is made from GaP on a GaP substrate and diffused lamp provides a wide Off-axis viewing angle.
