ADG858BCPZ-REEL7

ADG858BCPZ-REEL7 is a 0.58ohm CMOS, 1.8 to 5.5V, quad SPDT/2:1 mux in Mini LFCSP. This is a low voltage CMOS device containing four single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG858 exhibits break-before-make switching action. Applications include cellular phones, PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, modems, audio and video signal routing, communication systems.

• 0.58ohm typical on resistance (VDD = 4.2V, VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 100mA)
• 1.8V to 5.5V single supply range
• 250mA continuous high current carrying capability
• Rail-to-rail switching operation
• <lt/>20ns fast-switching times, <lt/>0.1μW typical power consumption
• 45pC typical charge injection (VS = 1.5V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, +25°C)
• Off isolation is -67dB (typ, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz, +25°C)
• 0.06% total harmonic distortion, THD + N (RL = 32ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, VS = 2V p-p)
• Typical insertion loss is -0.05dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• 16 lead LFCSP-UQ package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
