Product Overview
ADG719 is a monolithic CMOS SPDT switch. This switch is designed on a submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. It can operates from a single-supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices, Inc. Each switch of the device conducts equally well in both directions when on. The device exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is used in applications such as battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, mechanical reed relay replacement.
- TTL/CMOS compatible, rail-to-rail operation
- On resistance is 2.5ohm typical at (VDD = 5V ± 10%, GND = 0V)
- On resistance flatness is 0.75 ohm typical at (VDD = 5V ± 10%, GND = 0V)
- tON is 7ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- tOFF is 3ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- 200MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Off isolation is -67dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -62dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead MSOP
