Product Overview
AD8531ARTZ-REEL7 is a single channel, rail-to-rail input/output single-supply amplifier featuring 250mA output drive current. This high output current makes this amplifier excellent for driving either resistive or capacitive loads. AC performance is very good with 3MHz bandwidth, 5V/μs slew rate, and low distortion. The very low input bias current enables the device to be used for integrators, diode amplification, and other applications requiring low input bias current. The ability to swing rail-to-rail at the inputs and outputs enables designers to buffer CMOS DACs, ASICs, or other wide output swing devices in single-supply systems. It is used in applications such as multimedia audio, LCD drivers, ASIC input or output amplifiers, headphone drivers.

- Slew rate is 3.5V/μs typical at (RL = 2kohm, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 2.2MHz typical at (VS = 3V, VCM = 1.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, package style is 5-lead SOT-23
