AS321KTR-E1 is a low-power, high-gain and internally frequency compensated operational amplifier specifically designed to operate from a single power supply. Operation from a split power supply is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltages. The AS321 is compatible with the industry standard 321. Typical applications include battery chargers, active filters, general-purpose controllers and most conventional operational amplifier circuits.
- Phase margin is 60Deg typ at TA=+25°C, VCC= 5V, VEE=0V, VO=1.4V
- Large signal voltage gain is 100dB typ at VCC=15V, VO=1V to 11V, RL ≥ 2kohm, TA=25°C
- Input bias current is 20nA typ at IIN+ or IIN-, VCM=0V, TA=25°C
- Input offset voltage is 2mV typ at VO=1.4V, RS=0 ohm, VCC=5V to 30V, TA=25°C
- Supply current is 0.35mA typ at RL=∞, VCC=5V, TA=25°C
- Wide input common mode voltage range: 0V to VCC-1.5V
- Common mode rejection ratio is 70dB typ at VCM=0V to (VCC-1.5)V, RS ≤ 10kohm
- Power supply rejection ratio is 100dB typ at VCC=5V to 30V, RS ≤ 10kohm
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
