SCM0150100 is a SCM series MOSFET based DC solid-state relay. Applications include (AC-1 / LC A) heating elements, (AC-5a / LC D) incandescent light bulbs and infrared lamps, (AC-5b/DC-6) LEDs, (AC-14/AC-15/DC-13) electrovalves and electromagnets, (AC-14/AC-15/DC-13/DC-14) contactors.
- 150A thyristor rating/maximum switching current
- DC on/off function, IEC60947-1 standard
- 2 to 100VDC switching voltage rate
- 4.5 to 32VDC control voltage rate
- Meets EAC, UKCA, UL (cURus) standards
- Hockey Puck standard housing, low conducted and radiated disturbances
- Latest MOSFET technology generation, ultra low on-state resistance
- Ultra low output leakage current, low control current consumption
- Triggered control input to avoid linear control risks
- Dimension (WxHxD) is 44.5 x 58.2 x 27mm, -40 to +90°C operating ambient temperature
