RJ45SPLITTER is a 2-to-1 RJ45 splitter cable adapter - F/M. It enables two 100Mb network connections from a single 8 wire network connection, without the need to run additional cables. It combines two Ethernet ports into one RJ45 wall outlet and then split one Cat 5/5e line back out to two devices through the wall outlet at the other end of the connection. Designed and built for IT professionals. Ideal for 10/100Mbps Ethernet application (Not suitable for Gigabit network (1000Mbps).

This adapter cannot be used to split a network connection in two ports; The adapter is meant to be used in pairs, for example to connect 2 devices on the destination side with 2 Ethernet ports on the source side over a single cable run.
