The MAX5722AUA+ is a 12bit, low power, dual, voltage output DAC with serial interface in 8 pin µMAX package. This dual buffered DAC consumes 112µA supply current, DAC outputs employ on-chip precision output amplifiers that swing Rail to Rail® and the reference input accepts a voltage range from 0 to VDD. In power-down, the reference input is high impedance, further reducing system's total power consumption. The on-chip power-on reset (POR) circuit resets DAC outputs to zero and loads output with a 100Kohm resistor to ground. This provides additional safety for applications that drive valves or other transducers that need to be off on power-up. Device is used in automatic tuning, gain and offset adjustment, power amplifier control, process control I/O boards, battery-powered instruments and VCO control.

- Maximum INL is ±16LSB and maximum DNL is ±1LSB at monotonic
