MAX44284E is a 36V, input common-mode, high-precision, low-power current-sense amplifier. It has a voltage output and is offered in four different gain versions. Applications include smartphones and tablets, notebook computers, DC-DC current sensing in power management, portable-/battery-powered systems, medical pulse oximeters and infusion pumps, base stations.

• 2nA typical input bias current (VDD = 3.3V, VCM = 12V, TA = +25°C)
• Input offset voltage is ±15μV (typical, VDD = 3.3V, VCM = 12V, TA = +25°C)
• 2nA typical input offset current (VDD = 3.3V, VCM = 12V, TA = +25°C)
• Input common-mode range from -0.1 to +36V (guaranteed by CMRR, TA = +25°C)
• Supply voltage range from 1.7 to 5.5V (guaranteed by PSRR, TA = +25°C)
• 110dB typical power-supply rejection ratio (1.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V, VOUT = 1V)
• 140dB typical common-mode rejection ratio (-0.1V ≤ VCM ≤ +36V, VCM = RS-)
• 500V/V typical gain (VDD = 3.3V, VCM = 12V, TA = +25°C)
• 200mohm typical output impedance (VDD = 3.3V, VCM = 12V, TA = +25°C)
• 6 lead WLP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
