The MAX11056ECB+ is an 8-channel, 14bit, simultaneous-sampling ADC in 64 pin TQFP package. Featuring independent track and hold (T/H) and SAR circuitry, it also provides simultaneous sampling at 250Ksps for each channel. All inputs are overrange protected with internal ±20mA input clamps providing overrange protection with a simple external resistor. Other features such as 4MHz T/H input bandwidth, internal clock and internal or external reference. A 20MHz, bidirectional, parallel interface provides the conversion results and accepts digital configuration inputs. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, power-factor monitoring and correction, power-grid protection, multiphase motor control and vibration and waveform analysis.
- 4.75V to 5.25V analogue supply and 2.7V to 5.25V digital supply
- High impedance inputs up to 1Gohm
- Fast 3μs conversion time
- Internal clocked conversions, shutdown current is 10μA
- 10ns aperture delay
- 100ps channel to channel T/H matching
- Low drift, accurate 4.096V internal reference providing an input range of ±5V
- INL is ±0.13LSB, DNL is ±0.15LSB, SNR is 85.2dB, SINAD is 85.2dB, SFDR is 104dB
- Offset error is ±0.001%FSR, gain error is ±0.015%FSR, gain temperature coefficient is ±0.5ppm/°C
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
