LTC2629IGN#PBF is a 12bit, rail-to-rail voltage output DAC. It has built-in high-performance output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. The parts use a 2-wire, I²C compatible serial interface. It operates in both the standard mode (clock rate of 100KHz) and the fast mode (clock rate of 400KHz). It incorporates a power-on reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage outputs rise less than 10mV above zero-scale; after power-up, they stay at zero-scale until a valid write and update take place. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment and instrumentation.

- 400KHz I²C™ interface, 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, power-on reset to zero-scale
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB maximum at (TA = 25°C)
- Integral nonlinearity is ±1LSB typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Offset error is ±1mV typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC ±10%, TA = 25°C)
- Supply current is 1.25mA typical at (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Output voltage noise is 15µVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C)
- Multiplying bandwidth is 180KHz typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 16-lead plastic SSOP package
