LT®6650 is a micropower, low voltage 400mV reference with rail-to-rail buffer amplifier.
- Wide supply range: 1.4V to 18V, low quiescent current 5.6µA (typical)
- 400mV output voltage at TA = 25°C. VIN = 5V, 0.5% 400mV maximum initial accuracy at 5V
- 30ppm/°C output voltage temperature coefficient
- 20µVP-P output noise at 0.1Hz ≤ ƒ ≤ 10Hz
- Externally adjustable output voltage
- Rail to rail buffer amplifier
- Shunt configurable
- Sinks and sources current
- 5 lead TSOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
