ADG819 is a monolithic, CMOS, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. This switch is designed on a submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. Low power consumption and an operating supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V make the device ideal for battery-powered, portable instruments. Each switch of the device conducts equally well in both directions when on. The device exhibits break-before-make switching action, thus preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. It is widely used in application such as power routing, battery-powered systems, communication systems, data acquisition systems, cellular phones, modems, PCMCIA cards, hard drives, relay replacement etc.
- Low on resistance is 0.8 ohm maximum at 125°C
- On resistance flatness is 0.25 ohm maximum
- Current carrying capability is 200mA
- Rail-to-rail operation, fast switching times
- Typical power consumption is <lt/>0.01µW typ
- TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs, pin compatible with the ADG719
- tON is 35ns typ, tOFF is 10ns typ
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is –72dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz)
- –3dB bandwidth is 17MHz typ, operating temperature is –40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 6-lead small outline transistor package [SOT-23]
