ADG811 is a low voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing four independently selectable switches. This switch offers an ultralow on resistance of less than 0.8 ohm over the full temperature range. The digital inputs can handle 1.8V logic with a 2.7V to 3.6V supply. This device contains four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. This device differs only in that the digital control logic is inverted. This device switches are turned on with a logic low on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. It is used in application such as cellular phones, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, modems, audio and video signal routing, communications systems etc.
- On resistance is 0.5ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 10mA)
- On-resistance flatness is 0.1ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 10mA)
- 1.65V to 3.6V operation
- High current carrying capability: 300mA continuous
- Rail-to-rail switching operation
- Fast switching time is 25ns typical
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -90dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz)
- Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.02%typ at (RL = 32 ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, VS = 2V p-p)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline [TSSOP]
