ADA4861-3 is a low cost, high speed, current feedback, triple op-amp that provides excellent overall performance. Typical application includes consumer video, professional video and filter buffers.
- High speed, 730MHz -3dB bandwidth at VS = ±5V
- 910V/μs slew rate (rising edge) and 680V/μs slew rate (falling edge) at VS = ±5V
- 12/13ns settling time to 0.5% (Rise/Fall) at VO = 2V step, VS = ±5V
- Wide supply range from 5V to 12V
- 0.5mA max quiescent current/amplifier
- 0.1dB flatness of 100MHz
- Differential gain of 0.01% and differential phase of 0.02°
- Low voltage offset of 100μV (typical) and high output current of 25mA
- 14 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
