AD8009 is an ultrahigh speed current feedback amplifier. Typical application include pulse amplifier, IF/RF Gain Stage/Amplifiers, high resolution video graphics, high speed instrumentations and CCD imaging Amplifier.
- Supply operation: +5V to ±6V voltage supply and 14mA (typ) supply current at VS = 5V
- Ultrahigh speed: 5500V/µs slew rate at 4V step, G=2 and 545ps rise time at 2V step, G=2
- Large signal bandwidth: 440MHz at G = +2, VS=5V and 320MHz at G = +10, VS=5V
- Settling time 10ns to 0.1%, 2V step, G = 2, VS = ±5V
- Low distortion over wide bandwidth SFDR: -66dBc/-75dBc second/third harmonic at 20MHz
- Third order intercept (3IP): 26dBm at 70MHz, G = +10, VS = ±5V
- Good video specifications: 0.01%/0.01° differential gain/phase error at RL = 150 ohm, VS = ±5V
- High output drive: 175mA output load drive
- 8 lead SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
