T9602-3-D is a humidity and temperature sensor designed for OEM installation. It is a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated sensor, enclosed in a water-resistant IP67 package, making it a highly advanced and cost-effective solution for harsh environment applications. The sensor provides linearized output signals through one of the interfaces: a digital I²C output that can be converted to an analogue signal to meet a broader range of customer requirements. It offers an advanced and economical solution for humidity and temperature sensing across various applications, including energy-saving HVAC control (such as air conditioning, refrigeration, indoor air quality, vent fans), home appliances (like humidifiers/dehumidifiers), process control, and instrumentation (including medical instruments, handheld devices, weather stations, food processing, printers, and RFID systems).

- 14bit (0.01°C)/14bit (0.01%RH) resolution, ±0.5°C temp accuracy (25°C, nominal voltage)
- Repeatability is ±0.1°C/±0.2%RH, ≤116 sec (T 63) response time (0°C to 50°C)
- <0.05°C/year/<0.5%RH/year (normal conditions) long term drift
- Capacitive polymer RH Sensor, PTA integrated temperature sensor method
- 750µA typ current consumption, 12 months warranty terms
- Operating range from range -20°C to 70°C
