The L373-150-2.0A is a 2mm Thermal Interface Material offers highly compressible, easy to assemble and provide good electrical insulation. Typically used on electrical components like IC, CPU and MOS and connection between boards to enclosure walls to help heat conduction. It is suitable for use with heat dissipation from LEDs, motherboards, power supplies, LCD TVs, notebooks, hubs, handsets, memory modules and hard drives applications.
