Produktoversigt

The 2182A/E from Keilthley is a two channel nanovoltmeter. It is optimized for making stable, low noise voltage measurements and characterizing low resistance materials and devices reliably and repeatable. It provides higher measurement speed and significantly better noise performance than alternative low voltage measurement solutions. The 2182A represents next step forward in Keithley nanovoltmeter technology, replacing original 2182 and offering enhanced capabilities including pulse capability, lower measurement noise, faster current reversals and simplified delta mode for making resistance measurements in combination with reversing current source such as the model 6220 or 6221. It makes it easy to choose the best speed/filter combination for a particular application's response time and noise level requirements. It is used in research, metrology, nanotechnology applications. It complies with European union directive 73/23/EEC, EN61010-1 safety standard.
  • Flexible, effective speed/noise trade-off, 0 to 50°C operating temperature
  • Low noise measurements at high speeds (15nVp-p noise at 1s response time, 40-50nVp-p noise at 60ms)
  • Synchronization to line provides 110dB NMRR and minimizes the effect of AC common mode currents
  • 2 channels support to measure voltage/temperature/ratio of unknown resistance to reference resistor
  • Built-in thermocouple linearization and cold junction compensation
  • Differential conductance measurements, GPIB (IEEE-488.2) and RS-232C, SCPI interfaces
  • 10.000000mV to 100.00000V (channel 1), 100.00000mV to 10.000000V (channel 2) volts measurement
  • 25s to 60ms (channel 1), 25s to 85ms (channel 2) response time
  • 89 x 213 x 370mm (rack mount), 104 x 238 x 370mm (bench mount) dimension HxWxD, 5Kg shipping weight
