The TV07DZ-17-99BB from Amphenol is Tri-Start TV series, MIL-DTL-38999 Series III equivalent jam nut receptacle with 23 contacts. Tri-Start TV series connectors are high performance MIL-DTL-38999 Series III equivalent connectors which are available in wide range of shell materials and finishes and they have highest performance capabilities for both general duty and severe environment applications. These connectors offer high density contact arrangements in a miniature circular shell and combines high coupling durability. They are designed to withstand the extreme shock, exposure and vibration. Tri-Start TV series connectors also features firewall capability, contact protection, quick coupling and electrostatic discharge protection (ESD). These connectors are fully intermatable and intermountable with all other manufacturer’s MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors.
- High reliability, moisture and corrosion resistant
- Outstanding EMI, RFI shielding protection (100MHz to 10GHz)
- 500 mating cycles, high durability versions are available with 1500 mating cycles
- Operates at extreme temperature range of -65°C to +200°C based on shell finish
- Salt spray exposure of 500hr
- Minimum insulation resistance is 5000Mohm (at 25°C)
- Scoop proof to eliminate the possibility of contact damage
- Self locking connector system, triple start threaded coupling
- Aluminium alloy body material with black zinc nickel plating
- Copper alloy crimp socket contacts with gold plating
